TERMS & CONDITIONS ~ Our Garden Plant Guarantee ~
We guarantee the plants we ship to be healthy when they leave here and true to name. If upon receipt of our product you are in any way dissatisfied, immediately return the plant (Do not plant it) with original label and receipt for a full refund or exchange. Claims received over two weeks after order was shipped will not be granted. It is the customer's responsibility to care for the plants upon receiving them. Some difference in appearance and performance is to be expected in a new location and under different growing conditions. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, Aunt Jenny’s General Store will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price (excluding garden plants). Returnable items must be sent back within 14 days from the date your order is received and must be in resalable condition.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. No credit is given for lost packages. Non-returnable items sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.
