* How we prepare Plants for Shipping * The leaves are tenderly trimmed and the plant's root ball is gently washed and meticulously air-dried, taking great care in maintaining the healthy root system of your plant. Your plants are carefully placed into its own package. A generous amount of potting soil is placed surrounding the root ball preserving a damp environment for the roots.
