Hosta Siebolidana ‘Elegans’ has extremely dark blue, heart-shaped foliage; leaves become corrugated as they mature, plus it has lovely bright white flowers with a lavender tinge. Very nice color addition to the shady garden and a mainstay of the shade garden.

This is a very large Hosta which may be best utilized as a specimen or large clump planting in shaded areas of the woodland garden, perennial border or naturalized area. It is also effective on a slope where it can help reduce soil erosion. Hosta ‘Elegans’ has a Good slug resistance.
